Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services

Providing support, referrals, and need-based financial assistance for counseling, psychiatric care, inpatient treatment, coaching, intensive outpatient care, sober living, and more.

Health Services

Offering financial aid during medical emergencies and preventive services, including dental and medical screenings, hearing clinics, and vocal health workshops.

Human Services

Assisting with basic living expenses such as rent, utilities, car payments, and insurance premiums during challenging times, along with programs that address affordable housing, career development, legal issues, and senior services.

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your information secure.

We partner with Stripe, the industry's established payment processor trusted by some of the world's largest companies.

Your sensitive financial information never touches our servers. We send all data directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers through SSL.

Is this donation tax-deductible?

We are an organization eligible to receive tax deductible contributions. Your gift may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance applicable to your specific situation.

We will email you a donation receipt. Please retain it for your records, as it may be required to substantiate your charitable contribution for tax purposes, subject to applicable law.

Can I cancel my recurring donation?

Of course. You always remain in full control of your recurring donation, and you’re free to change or cancel it at any time.

Is my phone number required?

By providing your cell phone number, you agree to receive periodic text messages and phone calls from this organization. Message and data rates may apply.

However, providing your phone number to ZMC is entirely optional.

Cash

Cash gifts can be given in various forms, such as checks, money orders, credit cards, or online payments. Please ensure that checks are made payable to “Zapravo Music Care” or “ZMC.” Checks must never be made out to an employee, agent, or volunteer for the benefit of ZMC.

Publicly Traded Securities

ZMC welcomes and actively encourages contributions in the form of publicly traded securities.

• Sale of Securities:

Upon receiving a gift, ZMC will sell all securities as promptly as possible, unless the Board of Directors Finance Committee authorizes the retention of the security.

Any limitations on the sale of a security requested by a donor must receive prior, explicit approval from the Managing Director of Finance and Operations, who may consult with the Executive Director and Board of Directors if necessary.

ZMC will never repurchase securities as part of any restriction or condition attached to a gift.

• Gift Rejection Policy:

ZMC reserves the right to decline gifts that may be detrimental to or inconsistent with the brand, including items related to alcohol and cannabis.

Bequests and Beneficiary Designations for Trusts, Life Insurance Policies, Commercial Annuities, and Retirement Plans

Donors are invited to consider making bequests to ZMC in their wills and to designate the Zapravo Music Care Foundation as the beneficiary for trusts, life insurance policies, commercial annuities, and retirement plans.

Gifts will only be accepted following a prior review.

Certain types of gifts or donated properties may require a review before acceptance. Any non-standard gift necessitates a comprehensive evaluation and prior written approval from the Managing Director of Finance and Operations, and in some instances, the written consent of the Board of Directors Finance Committee.
